What You’ll Do

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients and their pets
• Help create a positive experience for clients throughout their visits
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Support communication between clients and the veterinary medical team
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help keep the hospital running smoothly
• Help clients navigate questions and concerns about their pets’ care
• Contribute creative ideas that help strengthen the client and patient experience
• Collaborate with teammates to support efficient hospital operations and comprehensive patient care
